PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATION 2008 (NO 2 OF 2008) - REG 177

Policy directions about remission of change of use charges—Act, s 278 (1) and (2)

    (1)     The Minister may make a policy direction for section 175 (1) (b) or (2) (a).

    (2)     A policy direction is a disallowable instrument.

Note      A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
