Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered RegulationsAn application for a development proposal in the merit track, other than an application in relation to a matter mentioned in schedule 2 (Limited public notification of certain merit track development applications), is prescribed.
Note The effect of this section is that all development proposals in the merit track must be notified in accordance with the Act, s 152, def "publicly notifies", par (b) except a development proposal mentioned in sch 2 which must be notified in accordance with par (a) of the definition.
