POISONS AND DRUGS REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 22 OF 1995) - REG 3

3. Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations is amended—

    (a)     by inserting before the item relating to Clomiphene the following restricted substance and class:

“Acitretin

specialists practising in the field of dermatology or specialist physicians”; and

    (b)     by inserting after the item relating to Dinoprostone the following restricted substance and class:

“Dronabinol

medical practitioners authorised by the Secretary of the Department of Human Services and Health of the Commonwealth”.
