PLANNING (GENERAL) REGULATION 2023 (NO 20 OF 2023) - REG 52

Direct sale criteria for Territory—Act, s 266 (1) (b) (i)

The criteria for the direct sale of a lease to the Territory are—

        (a)     the land is suitable for the proposed use; and

        (b)     an amount has been appropriated to develop and manage the land.
