PLANNING (GENERAL) REGULATION 2023 (NO 20 OF 2023) - REG 76

The lease variation charge is the total of—

        (a)     for each standard chargeable variation for which a charge is determined under the Act

, section 331—the determined charge for the variation; and

        (b)     for each non-standard chargeable variation—the charge worked out under the Act

, section 332 for the variation.
