Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) If the commission issues a race bookmaking licence or a sports bookmaking licence to a person, the commission must enter the following particulars in the register:
(a) the name and address of the person;
(b) the licence number;
(c) the date the licence was issued;
(d) the period for which the licence was issued;
(e) any conditions imposed on the licence.
(2) If the commission suspends or cancels a race bookmaking licence or a sports bookmaking licence, the commission must enter details of the suspension (including the period of suspension) or cancellation in the register.
