RACE AND SPORTS BOOKMAKING REGULATIONS 2001 (2001 NO 31) - REG 8

Bookmaker not to supply certain information by telephone

A race bookmaker engaging in race bookmaking must not supply by telephone information about betting fluctuations of the Bookmakers Pricing Service.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
