ROAD TRANSPORT (SAFETY AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 10) - REG 57

No stopping on a road with a red kerb

(1)      A driver must not stop at the side of a kerbed road if the kerb is coloured red.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.

(2)      This regulation ceases to have effect on 1 December 2001.
