ROAD TRANSPORT (ROAD RULES) REGULATION 2017 (NO 43 OF 2017) - REG 272

A passenger in or on a vehicle must not—

        (a)     interfere with the driver's control of the vehicle; or

        (b)     obstruct the driver's view of the road or traffic.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
