SUPREME COURT (REMUNERATION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2003 (NO 1) (NO 44 OF 2003) - REG 4

2     Remuneration of acting judge

Remuneration at the rate of 0.49% of the annual salary of a resident judge (other than the Chief Justice) is payable to an acting judge for each working day on which he or she exercises functions as acting judge.
