UTILITIES (GAS RESTRICTIONS) REGULATION 2005 (NO 8 OF 2005) - REG 16

    (1)     A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     an authorised person has given the person a direction under section 15 ; and

        (b)     the person contravenes the direction.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
