VOCATIONAL TRAINING REGULATIONS (NO. 20 OF 1989) - REG 4

        (a)     in respect of each trainee—

              (i)     the name of the trainee;

              (ii)     the prescribed vocation in which training is being undertaken;

              (iii)     particulars of the variations (if any) in, and the termination (if any) of, each contract of training entered into by the trainee;

              (iv)     particulars of the annual progress of the trainee;

        (b)     in respect of each prescribed vocation—the name of each person to whom the Authority has issued a certificate upon the completion of the approved training program in relation to the vocation.

(2) A copy of an entry in the register certified by—

        (a)     the Chief Executive; or

        (b)     a person authorised in writing by the Chief Executive;

is evidence of the particulars contained in that entry.
