VOCATIONAL TRAINING REGULATIONS (NO. 20 OF 1989) - REG 5

        (a)     an employer is a party to a contract of training; and

        (b)     the employer—

              (i)     changes the name under which the employer carries on business; or

              (ii)     changes an address at which the employer provides training under the contract;

the employer shall, within 14 days after the change, notify the Chief Executive in writing of the change.

Penalty: $100.
