WORKERS COMPENSATION REGULATIONS 2002 (NO 20 OF 2002) - REG 6

In these regulations:

"clinically relevant research" means research—

        (a)     recognised as clinically relevant by a specialist medical college; or

        (b)     approved by the Minister under regulation 7.
