EXPLANATORY STATEMENT


No. 4 of 1986

The Air Pollution Regulations prescribe standards for equipment and testing procedures.

Regulation 1 of the amending Regulations is an interpretation provision.

Regulation 2 of the amending Regulations amends the Air Pollution Regulations to substitute the word “dark” for the word “black” in regulation 7.
