MOTOR OMNIBUS FARES REGULATIONS (REPEAL)


EXPLANATORY STATEMENT


No. 14 of 1986

The Motor Omnibus Services (Amendment) Ordinance 1986 amends the Motor Omnibus Services Ordinance 1955 to enable the Minister for Territories to set bus fares by determination. The fares were previously set in the Motor Omnibus Fares Regulations. Accordingly, the Motor Omnibus Fares Regulations (Repeal) repeals the Motor Omnibus Fares Regulations.
