POKER MACINE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT)

EXPLANATORY STATEMENT

No. 12 of 1986

The Poker Machine Regulations (Amendment) amends the Poker Machine Regulations (“the Principal Regulations”) by omitting Regulations 3 and 4 of the Principal Regulations, which set fees and charges for the purposes of the Poker Machine Control Ordinance 1975. That Ordinance has been amended to allow fees and charges for the purposes of the Ordinance to be determined by the Minister by notice in the Gazette.
