Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

APPROPRIATION ACT 1998-99 - SECT 5

(1)     Where a department is listed in column 1 of Schedule 1—

        (a)     the corresponding amount listed in column 3 of the Schedule is appropriated to the department for the net cost of providing outputs in the financial year for the corresponding appropriation unit listed in column 2;

        (b)     the corresponding amount listed in column 4 of the Schedule is appropriated to the department for capital injection in the financial year for the corresponding appropriation unit listed in column 2; and

        (c)     the corresponding amount listed in column 5 of the Schedule is appropriated to the department for payments to be made on behalf of the Territory in the financial year for the corresponding appropriation unit listed in column 2.

(2)     The amount listed in column 6 of Part 16 of Schedule 1 is appropriated to the Treasurer's advance for the purposes of section 18 of the Financial Management Act 1996 .
