Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

APPROPRIATION ACT (NO 2) 1999-2000 - SECT 5

(1)     The amount of $4,500,000 is appropriated to the Chief Minister's Department for an additional capital injection in the financial year for the appropriation unit mentioned in column 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the Appropriation Act 1999-2000 .

(2)     The amount of $2,500,000 is appropriated to the Chief Minister's Department for the net cost of providing additional outputs in the financial year for the appropriation unit mentioned in column 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the Appropriation Act 1999-2000 .

(3)     The amount of $3,000,000 is appropriated to the Department of Health and Community Care for an additional capital injection in the financial year for the appropriation unit mentioned in column 2 of Part 8 of Schedule 1 to the Appropriation Act 1999-2000 .
