This legislation has been repealed.

AIR POLLUTION ACT 1984 (REPEALED) - SECT 44

        (aa)     refusing to issue a permit under section 27A or issuing such a permit subject to specified conditions.

(2) Application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for a review of a decision of an inspector—

        (a)     under subsection 30 (1) to impose a requirement specified in a pollution abatement notice;

        (b)     under subsection 30 (1) to determine the period within which a pollution abatement notice is to be complied with;

        (c)     under paragraph 32 (1) (a) to vary, or to refuse to vary, the period within which a pollution abatement notice is to be complied with;

        (d)     under paragraph 32 (1) (b) to vary, or to refuse to vary, a requirement specified in the notice; or

        (e)     under paragraph 32 (1) (c) to revoke a requirement specified in a pollution abatement notice.
