ANNUAL REPORTS (GOVERNMENT AGENCIES) ACT 1995 (REPEALED) - SECT 4B

Declaration of responsible Minister

    (1)     The Chief Minister may, in writing, declare that a Minister is the responsible Minister for a public authority.

    (2)     A declaration is a notifiable instrument.

Note      A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act 2001 .
