BUSHFIRE ACT 1936 (REPEALED) - SECT 3

Declaration of built-up area

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, declare that an area is a built-up area.

    (2)     A declaration is a notifiable instrument.

Note      A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act 2001 .
