BOOKMAKERS ACT 1985 (REPEALED) - SECT 39L

    Each member of a syndicate to which a sports betting licence is granted is jointly and severally liable for any fee payable by the syndicate under section 39K, and in relation to any other obligation of the licensee under this Act.
