BOOKMAKERS ACT 1985 (REPEALED) - SECT 39W

Surrender

(1)     The holder of an agent's licence may surrender the licence by written notice to the Chairperson.

(2)     The surrender of an agent's licence takes effect from the date of the notice of surrender, or such later date as is specified in the notice.
