Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

BOOKMAKERS ACT 1985 (REPEALED) - SECT 45

    A racing club that conducts a race meeting at a racecourse in the Territory shall, within 7 days after the date of the race meeting, forward to the Registrar the name and address of each person who carried on business as a bookmaker at the race meeting.

Penalty: 100 penalty units.
