This legislation has been repealed.
BUSINESS FRANCHISE (“X” VIDEOS) ACT - SECT 2
2. (1) Section 1 and this section commence on the day on which this Act is notified in the Gazette.
(2) The remaining provisions of this Act, with the exception of Part IV
and section 27, commence on 1 July 1990.
(3) Part IV and section 27 commence
on 15 July 1990.
