CONVEYANCING ACT 1919 (REPEALED) - SECT 46

In conveyance use of word grant unnecessary

    (1)     In a conveyance it is not necessary to use the word grant to convey land.

    (2)     Any words that indicate an intention to convey the land are sufficient.
