COOPERATIVES ACT 2002 (REPEALED) - SECT 16

Types of cooperatives

    (1)     A body may be registered under this Act as a cooperative.

    (2)     A cooperative may be—

        (a)     a trading cooperative; or

        (b)     a non-trading cooperative.
