This legislation has been repealed.

COOPERATIVES ACT 2002 (REPEALED) - SECT 297

    (1)     The registrar may exempt a trading cooperative from some or all of the provisions of—

        (a)     this division; or

        (b)     section 200 (Special postal ballots) in relation to anything to which this division applies.

    (2)     An exemption may be unconditional or subject to conditions.

    (3)     An exemption is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act
