This legislation has been repealed.

COOPERATIVES ACT 2002 (REPEALED) - SECT 310

    (1)     A certificate of registration or incorporation as the new body issued under the law applying to the new body is conclusive evidence of compliance with all the requirements of this division in relation to the registration or incorporation.

    (2)     If the new body receives a certificate of that kind in relation to its registration or incorporation, it must immediately file a copy of the certificate with the registrar.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
