COOPERATIVES ACT 2002 (REPEALED) - SECT 312

    (1)     If a cooperative transfers to a new body, the new body is taken to be the same entity as the cooperative.

    (2)     Without limiting subsection (1), division 12.6 applies to a transfer under this division.
