COOPERATIVES ACT 2002 (REPEALED) - SECT 380

    (1)     A territory cooperative and a participating cooperative may consolidate all or any of their assets, liabilities and undertakings by way of merger or transfer of engagements approved under this division.

    (2)     A territory cooperative and a nonparticipating cooperative may consolidate all or any of their assets, liabilities and undertakings by way of merger or transfer of engagements approved under this division if—

        (a)     the merger is to result in a territory cooperative; or

        (b)     the transfer is to a territory cooperative.
