Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

COOPERATIVES ACT 2002 (REPEALED) - SECT 426

    (1)     The registrar may, by notice, extent or shorten the time for doing anything required to be done by a cooperative under this Act, or the rules of the cooperative, on the conditions (if any) that the registrar decides.

    (2)     The registrar may grant an extension of time even if the time for doing the thing has ended.
