(1) A certificate of registration of a cooperative issued under this Act is conclusive evidence that the cooperative is incorporated under this Act and that all the requirements of this Act in relation to registration have been complied with.
(2) This section does not affect any provisions of this Act for the winding-up or deregistration of the cooperative or the cancellation of its registration.
