Evidence of rules

A printed copy of the rules of a cooperative verified by the secretary of the cooperative to be a true copy of its registered rules is in any proceeding evidence of the rules.

Note It is an offence to make a false or misleading statement, give false or misleading information or produce a false or misleading document (see Criminal Code
