CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (REPEALED) - SECT 364

Contravention of condition of approval in principle or licence

A proprietor must not contravene a condition to which his or her approval in principle or licence is subject.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
