Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

CONSUMER CREDIT (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1996 (REPEALED) - SECT 101

    (1)     Before beginning an inquiry, the inquirer must prepare a written notice setting out the following matters in relation to the inquiry:

        (a)     the way in which the inquiry will be held;

        (b)     the subject matter of the inquiry;

        (c)     the time and day and location of the inquiry.

    (2)     The notice may include anything else the inquirer considers appropriate.

    (3)     The notice is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.

    (4)     The inquirer must also publish the notice in a daily newspaper.
