Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

CANBERRA INSTITUTE OF THE ARTS ORDINANCE 1988 - SECT 12

        (a)     the Executive Chairperson;

        (b)     the Director of each School.

(2) The performance of the functions, or the exercise of the powers, of the Board is not affected because of a vacancy in the office of a member referred to in paragraph (1) (a) or (b).
