CHURCH OF ENGLAND LANDS ACT 1926

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Church of England Lands Act 1926.1  
   2.      The execution by or on behalf of the Commonwealth, of an Agreement and a Lease in the form contained in the Schedule to this Act is hereby authorized.  
   3.      After the execution of the Agreement contained in the Schedule to this Act, the Minister may, by notice in the Gazette,2 dedicate the lands described
