Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS ACT 2008 (REPEALED) - SECT 9

    (1)     A civil partnership is terminated on—

        (a)     the death of either party; or

        (b)     the marriage of either party.

    (2)     A civil partnership may also be terminated by—

        (a)     a party (or both parties) under section 10; or

        (b)     a court order under section 11.
