DENTISTS ACT 1931 (REPEALED) - SECT 5

    (1)     For this Act, a person shall be taken to suffer from an impairment if the person suffers from any physical or mental impairment, disability, condition or disorder that detrimentally affects, or is likely to detrimentally affect, the person's physical or mental capacity to practise as a dentist or dental hygienist, as the case requires.

    (2)     For subsection (1), habitual drunkenness or addiction to a deleterious drug shall be taken to be a physical or mental disorder.
