DOG CONTROL ACT 1975 (REPEALED) - SECT 18S

Dangerous dog licence—surrender

    A person holding a dangerous dog licence may surrender the licence by notice in writing to the Registrar, with effect from the date of the notice or such later date as is specified in the notice.
