This legislation has been repealed.

DANGEROUS GOODS ACT 1975 (REPEALED) - SECT 44

A person shall not, with intent to deceive—

        (a)     obliterate, alter or falsify any entry or signature in a book or record required by this Act to be kept or made; or

        (b)     make a false or misleading entry in any such book or record.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
