DANGEROUS GOODS ORDINANCE 1984 (REPEALED) - SECT 10
Application and modification
10. (1) The provisions of the
Dangerous Goods Act apply, as from the commencement of this Ordinance, by
force of this Ordinance, in the Territory as laws of the Territory, subject to
section 11 and to the modifications prescribed in Part 1 of the Schedule.
(2)
The provisions of the Dangerous Goods Regulation apply, as from the
commencement of this Ordinance, by force of this Ordinance, in the Territory
as laws of the Territory, subject to the modifications prescribed in Part 2 of
the Schedule.
