ELECTORAL (APPLICATION) ACT 1996 (REPEALED) - SECT 3 3. For the financial year that ended on 30 June 1996, section 230 of the Electoral Act 1992 applies as if subsection (1) were replaced by the following subsection:

ELECTORAL (APPLICATION) ACT 1996 (REPEALED) - SECT 3

3. For the financial year that ended on 30 June 1996, section 230 of the Electoral Act 1992 applies as if subsection (1) were replaced by the following subsection:

“(1) Subject to section 231, the reporting agent of a party or an independent MLA shall, not later than 17 December 1996, give the Commissioner a return in the approved form.”.
