ENERGY AND WATER ACT 1988 (REPEALED) - SECT 59

Obstruction of authorised officers

    A person shall not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct or hinder an authorised person in the exercise of his or her powers under this Act or the regulations.

Penalty: 50 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months, or both.
