Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

ENERGY AND WATER ACT 1988 (REPEALED) - SECT 74B

    A person shall not add a chemical to the water supply system of the Territory.

Penalty:

        (a)     in the case of a body corporate—500 penalty units;

        (b)     in the case of a natural person—100 penalty units.
