EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACT 1999 (REPEALED) - SECT 15

    (1)     Without limiting section 13 (1), an arrangement may provide for the controller, on behalf of the Territory, to determine the nature and amount of resources (if any) required from outside the Territory to deal with an emergency within the Territory and to request the other party to the arrangement to provide those resources to the Territory accordingly.

    (2)     Without limiting section 13 (1), an arrangement may provide for the chief executive, on behalf of the Territory, to determine and coordinate the deployment of Territory resources in relation to an emergency outside the Territory.
