EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACT 1999 (REPEALED) - SECT 47

The functions of the director are—

        (a)     to manage the emergency service; and

        (b)     to develop standards relating to equipment; and

        (c)     to develop procedures relating to service delivery.
