Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

EXHIBITION PARK CORPORATION ACT 1976 (REPEALED) - SECT 10

    (1)     The corporation may make arrangements with the director-general for the use of the services of public servants in the administrative unit under the director-general's control.

Note     The director-general is the director-general of the administrative unit responsible for this section (see Legislation Act

, dict, pt 1, def  director-general ).

    (2)     The Public Sector Management Act 1994

applies in relation to the management by the corporation of public servants who are the subject of an arrangement under subsection (1).
